Who we are, briefly

Vertex Consulting is a Macedonian company based in Strumica, founded in 2018 by Goran Dinov. It runs two divisions: Consulting, for business advisory and systems, and Marketing, for everything a business needs to have online. This page is about the second one.

Vertex Marketing is led by Lazar Dinov, and the team works from the office at Str. Mladinska 43 in Strumica. We build websites from scratch, set them up so Google can find them, run social media, and make AI tools and automations. We work with small and mid-sized businesses from all over North Macedonia, and with clients outside it.

What we do

The four services can be taken on their own or together:

• Websites and online stores: built from scratch, fast on a phone, with a content system you edit yourself
• SEO and local search: the technical groundwork, pages written for what people actually search, and a Google Business Profile that is complete and correct
• Social media: a plan, the content and the running of the accounts, judged by the messages and calls it brings in rather than by likes
• AI tools and automation: chatbots, automatic replies to messages, and tools that take over the manual work that repeats every day

Most clients start with the website, because everything else points back to it. SEO and social media get added once the site is working and has something to show.

We work with businesses outside Strumica too

The office is in Strumica, but most of a project does not need us in the same room. Conversations happen on a video call, you see the design at a link before a line of code is written, and you approve each phase online. If you are in or near Strumica, you are welcome at the office.

The same goes for clients outside North Macedonia. For Sunset Services, a family company in Aurora, Illinois, in the United States, we built the website and work on their SEO, entirely remotely.

What to ask before you choose an agency

Whether you end up working with us or with someone else, these questions show quickly who you are dealing with:

• Who writes the Macedonian copy?: if the answer is "we translate it", it will read like a translation, and both buyers and Google notice
• Who exactly will work on the project?: ask for names, not "the team". Ours is listed by name on the About page
• Can I change the content myself?: editing a sentence or swapping a photo should not mean waiting for an agency
• What happens after launch?: ask how long support is included and what it costs after that
• How will I know it is working?: a good report shows enquiries, calls and the searches you appear in, not just a table of rankings

If an agency cannot answer one of these clearly, that is an answer in itself.

How working together goes

We start with what the business needs to achieve, and only then talk about what the website or the accounts should look like. The first conversation is free, and it ends with a clear picture of what you need rather than with a sales pitch. After that you get a fixed quote in writing.

We build in phases and show you the work at every step. After launch you get 30 days of support for adjustments. For SEO you get a monthly report with the enquiries, calls and searches you appear in.
